Ltspice simulation of Control to output transfer function

1'st picture is the control to output transfer function. For those wondering how I obtained this formula, you can check here : Control to output transfer function .This formula was obtained with the help of VerbalKint.

2'nd picture is my ltspice simulation for ac analysis.

For those who ask how did you calculate the parameters, I wrote the calculations I made in detail in the 3rd photo. You can see every detail for quadratic pole, dc gain, phase etc. Additionally quadratic poles introduces -180 phase.

4'rd photo is just the calculation zero. the phase of the zero starts at fz/10 and ends at 10fz which are 340 Hz and 34kHz.

My question:Comparing my calculations and ltspice simulation, I dont see my dc gain, my quadratic pole, and my zero , where do I make mistake ?
